Flower Delivery Info: We take normally 3 to 5 hours to make same day free delivery once we received the payment. For Urgent order Please contact CS .
Order Before 6pm for same day delivery.
Kuala Lumpur, Cheras, Klang, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Subang, Selangor, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Ampang, puchong, kajang. Around 30 to 35Km In KL and Klang Valley we do same day delivery.
# We don’t have same day delivery ( Stand flower, delivery to Klang, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya) once these order placed after 3pm. We do next day delivery.
# We don’t do same day delivery as well there has a delivery charge (No free delivery more than 35km) (Any part Jenjarom , Sg.Besar, Sekinchan, Tanjung Karang, Kuala Kubu Bahru, Sepang, Banting, Rawang Batang Sepang, Klia,Nilai etc), For these area’s delivery please contact with customer service before you place your order.
ASAP Delivery Flower delivery info: ASAP takes time 1 to 3hrs (Available between 8am to 7pm). It begins when order in finalized including reception of payment. The promised coverage area 1-10 KM from KL. If distance more than this then it can take time 2/3 hours. Super express is not available at Mid Night or Late Night delivery and sharp time delivery not available, ASAP Express Delivery is not applicable with all the items which takes time to make more than 45 Minutes like, Big Bouquet, Stand flowers, and so on. If anything Contact with Customer service. Express delivery not available on special day like Valentines day, Mother’s Day, Chinese lunar new year etc.
Re-delivery: Some situations if delivery fail because of (incomplete address, wrong contact number, recipient is not at the address etc) then we charged RM20 for re-delivery charge. If No response From sender as well then we wait 2 days from the delivery date. And then flower will not able to use anymore have to throw away.
Minimum handling fee: Our Minimum price RM88 for free delivery, if less than this customer has to pay the delivery charge RM20.
For Night Delivery (Not Available): For Late night or Mid Night Delivery Service, Customer has to place the order before 5 pm for same Day delivery as we have to arrange a driver and flower for same-day. Contact us before place the order.
