Payment by Credit Card and online Banking

We accept all Malaysian major bank for Online banking payment. For MasterCard and Visa, we are powered by Paypal Online 100% Secure Payment Gateway.  If in case any problem with the auto payment system you also can make the payment direct to our bank account . Some terms and conditions

If a cancellation request is initiated by us, the payment will be refunded in full. (Occasionally we have to cancel orders when we have sold out of the relevant items during busy periods,/or the relevant products/designs are discontinued.)
If a cancellation request is received by us at least 48 hours before the delivery is due, the payment will be refunded in full.
These orders cannot be refunded, for what should be obvious reasons given the perishable and customised nature of our products:
  •  Cancellations received by us less than 48 hours before the delivery is due;
  • Change of recipient’s address received by us less than 48 hours before the delivery is due;
  • Incorrect or inaccurate entry of recipient’s address;
  • The order, or any part of it, is customized;
  • The sale of any goods and services are subject to availability. While we always endeavor to keep photography and descriptions of items as accurate as possible, The Belconi Florist reserves the right to substitute any items included in the products offered for items of equal or greater value and of the same type, if those listed in the descriptions are out of stock or unavailable at the time of ordering.

Flower quality

Our catalogue and website display pictures and other details about the bouquets we sell. The colours reproduced in these pictures may differ slightly, and certain flower items exhibit some variation in flower colour and overall size, especially when grown in different locations. Descriptions and pictures of bouquets are therefore approximate and for guidance only. The actual condition of individual products may of course vary depending on the time of the year, the weather and growing conditions at that time.

Great care is taken to ensure that the delivered bouquets are of the same quality as that which meet the standards set by our professional florists. In the unlikely event that the quality suffered during transit and the flowers arrive in poor condition, please send us a photo of them within 12 hours of receipt. An exchange or refund will be offered if the request for it is deemed fair and reasonable.

Refund time: It takes normally 20 to 45 days to make according to our bank.
